Ingredients

cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)

large cucumber, peeled, seeded and shredded

1/2

cup chopped fresh mint leaves

1/2

teaspoon salt

1/2

teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Preparation

In medium bowl, beat yogurt with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Cover and refrigerate any remaining yogurt mixture up to 2 weeks.
