cup water

tablespoons milk

1/4

                        cup Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes 

Preparation

In 1-quart saucepan, heat water to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in milk and potatoes just until moistened.

Let stand about 30 seconds or until liquid is absorbed. Whip with fork until fluffy; cool slightly.
