Ingredients

carton (32 oz) Progresso™ chicken broth (4 cups)

tablespoons packed brown sugar

tablespoons soy sauce

tablespoons rice vinegar

teaspoons curry powder

1

small red bell pepper, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)

1

small jalapeño chile, seeded, finely chopped (1 tablespoon)

2

cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)

tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

Preparation

In 3-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients except chicken and cilantro. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer uncovered 3 to 5 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender.

Stir in chicken. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until chicken is hot. Just before serving, add cilantro.
