medium potatoes (2 pounds), cut into 1/8-inch slices

can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of onion soup

1

can (5 ounces) evaporated milk (2/3 cup)

1

jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, undrained

1/2

teaspoon salt

1/4

teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Spray inside of 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients; pour into cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat setting 10 to 12 hours or until potatoes are tender.
