cup seafood cocktail sauce

cup whipping (heavy) cream

tablespoon bourbon whiskey, if desired

teaspoon red pepper sauce

pound cooked peeled deveined large shrimp (about 24 to 30), thawed if frozen

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except shrimp in small bowl.

Serve sauce as dip for shrimp.
