slices sandwich bread

cup butter, softened

cups shredded cooked chicken breast

cup Buffalo wing sauce

slices Cheddar cheese
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Preparation
Heat oven to 400°F. Place sheet pan in oven as it heats. Cut crusts off each slice of bread.
Butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Place 15 slices of bread butter side down on hot sheet pan.
In large bowl, place chicken; pour wing sauce over chicken. Stir to coat.
Top bread with half of the Cheddar cheese slices.
Spread chicken over cheese.
Place remaining slices cheese over chicken.
Top with remaining pieces of bread, butter sides up.
Bake about 15 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
