cup milk

                        pouch (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ homestyle creamy butter or roasted garlic mashed potatoes

1/2

cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (2 oz)

1/4

cup crumbled cooked bacon

1

tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, if desired

1

tablespoon crumbled cooked bacon, if desired

Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, heat milk, water and butter to boiling. Stir in potatoes just until moistened; let stand 1 minute. Stir with fork until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon.

Spoon potatoes into serving dish; top with parsley and additional bacon, if desired.
