Ingredients 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup) 1/3 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs 1/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 egg 1 jar (10 oz) sweet-and-sour sauce Preparation Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and egg. Shape mixture into thirty 1-inch meatballs. In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, place meatballs.
