Ingredients 1 3/4 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup chopped dried apricots 1/3 cup dried cranberries 3/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup fat-free egg product Preparation Heat oven to 400°F.
