Ingredients

cup bourbon
1
cup cranberry juice
1/4
cup ginger-flavored liqueur
1/2
teaspoon orange bitters
Lime twists, if desired
2
bottles (750 ml each) champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
Fresh cranberries, if desired
Lime wedges, if desired
Preparation
In large pitcher, stir together bourbon, cranberry juice, liqueur and bitters. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours.
To serve, pour 3 tablespoons bourbon mixture into each of 12 champagne flutes. Place 1 lime twist in each flute. Pour 1/3 cup champagne into each flute. Garnish with cranberries and lime wedges.
