Ingredients

can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed

can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained

can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ diced green chiles

green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4

teaspoon ground coriander

1/4

teaspoon ground cumin

1/4

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

1/4

cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips

Preparation

In medium bowl, mix beans, corn, green chiles, green onions, lime juice, coriander, cumin and cayenne. Stir in cilantro.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with chips.
