bag (12 oz) frozen cut green beans, thawed

bag (12 oz) frozen corn, thawed

1/2

teaspoon salt

teaspoons grated lime peel

Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add green beans, corn and salt. Cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are thoroughly heated.

Stir in lime peel and juice. Serve immediately.
