lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

cup chopped onion

bag (19 oz) Value Size frozen roasted potatoes with garlic & herb sauce

can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup

1

jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

1

cup shredded mozzarella cheese or Oaxaca cheese (4 oz)

Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

In 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Drain.

Add frozen potatoes. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until potatoes are tender. Add soup and mushrooms; cook and stir until mixture is hot.

Top with cheese. Cover; cook about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
