pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
1
cup Chex Mix™ Muddy Buddies™ snack mix
1 1/2
cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/3
cup creamy peanut butter
1/4
cup salted butter
2
cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Heat oven to 350°F.
Make cookie dough as directed on pouch. Stir in snack mix. Bake as directed on pouch. Cool.
Meanwhile, in microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir until smooth and combined.
Place powdered sugar in shallow bowl.
Using fork, dip each cookie into chocolate mixture, tapping off any excess. You may need to use a spoon to spread chocolate evenly over cookies. Immediately dip into powdered sugar, and toss to coat completely. Place on cooling rack until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes.
Store in airtight container up to 4 days.
