lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

large onion, chopped (1 cup)

large green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)

cloves garlic, finely chopped

jar (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Thick ’n Chunky mild salsa

can (15 oz) Muir Glen™ organic tomato sauce

1

cup Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)

cup creamy peanut butter

1/4

cup semisweet chocolate chips

1

small chipotle chile in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can), seeded and finely chopped

tablespoons chili powder

teaspoons ground cumin

can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed

bag (12 oz) frozen corn

Preparation

In 5-quart Dutch oven, cook beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.

Stir in salsa, tomato sauce, broth, peanut butter, chocolate chips, chipotle chile, chili powder and cumin.

Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and corn; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency.
