tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour

teaspoon grated orange peel

cup granulated sugar

tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk

tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

1 1/4

teaspoons salt

teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast

3/4

cup powdered sugar

tablespoon orange juice

Preparation

Measure carefully, placing all bread ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on cooling rack.

In small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth and spreadable. Spoon glaze over cooled loaf.
