Creamy Soup Recipes-

There is just something about a bowl of creamy soup that just is good, really good! The texture is just a bit more subtle and even with every bite. The soups are rich and creamy and thicker than a soup with water or broth as the base. Make a large pot of the soup and enjoy it for days because most soups just get better as the flavors settle and deepen.

Hearty Soup Recipes-

Though simple soups are great, a hearty soup loaded with protein, grain and starchy vegetables like a potato is so filling and satisfying. These soups will fill you up up and you won’t even need a side dish! Though these soups feel like winter soups, you can truly enjoy them all year round!

Ground Beef Soup Recipes-

We are definitely a fan of ground beef in our soups, so satisfying and comforting. Ground beef is not only a great protein to add to soups for the flavor, it’s so quick and easy to cook with ground meat. From sauteeing the ground beef as a one-pot soup to shaping meatballs, there are our go-to soup recipes when we want to use up some ground beef.

Healthy Soup Recipes-

You know, because sometimes you just want something that is on the healthy side and lighter to enjoy. These soups are great when you are watching your diet or want something with fewer calories but still delicious. These are classics we go back to that hit the spot yet are on the healthier side with veggies and protein.

Soup night!!

If you currently don’t have a particular day of the week dedicated to soup night, you need to do that. Wednesday night is our soup night and the entire family has gotten used to that and it’s so much easier to come up with a menu plan when you have that scheduled.
